MARTINSBURG - Tressie Montene Duffy, an ex-doctor who was recently sentenced to a year in prison for unlawful distribution of narcotic painkillers, is married to the Berkeley County health officer.
Tressie Duffy's sentence was announced Tuesday after she pled guilty in federal court to seven counts of aiding and abetting the distribution of oxycodone.
